Very poor customer service, in fact almost non existent
This is aimed at smart meter installation. For well over a year I've asked about getting a smart meter and the reply has always been the same, "there are no installations in your area".
What do I have to do, they advertise how handy they are and easy to get installed, what a croc of garbage.
They also make it very difficult to get in touch with them, the chat is always AI, and useless. 3rd rate company and obvious why they are so far down Satisfaction ratings.

y is my bill so hi i live in a warden control i have a 1 bedroom flat like everyone in here some on Scottish power here as well them r not so hi like mine i had 1 lady said she pays 55pounds she as everything the same she moved in after me 2 weeks after

Customer service shocking
Customer service shocking. They pester you for money and when you have an issue takes about a year to rectify it

Worse customer experience ever!!!
I tried contacting Scottish Power by phone, they will not take your call unless it is an emergency; I tried by chat and after 'talking' to the bot, I was eventually put through to an agent. She was unable to tell me if they provide electricity to my house (I have recently moved and received a gas bill, but nothing for electricity, even though the previous tenant told me it was with Scottish Power)
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!! and that takes some!

You can’t speak to anyone
You can’t speak to anyone, to make a complaint, when I emailed my complaint I get no response.
We are bombarded with ads telling us to get smart meters, I have a gas smart meter that doesn’t send readings, can I get it sorted, not a chance.
We don't listen
They employ people who are I capable of listening to what you say ie pay your bill now I will in a couple of days my wages get paid in my bank on such a date so bills get paid then. Then you get bombarded with threats sorry dim wits if there no cash in bank can't pay tell wages get paid in swith on the brain please

Scottish power disgraceful
I been paying my Scottish power bill every week never missed . I got a large bill from them . Yet my payments have not been deducted from the bill .
I sent numerous bank statements confirming these payments . Untold phone calls . Promise call back not one this as gone on for two years .
Scottish power can’t find my payments I sent proof of payment through bank statements.
This as caused me stress & duress .
Fundamentally the criteria is flawed . Scottish power are a joke and extremely poor service

Hello - My Mother is vulnerable and has recently been switched to a Pre-payment metre by Scottish Power - She cannot walk as she has heart problems, so she cannot go to the post office - I thought it was illegal to switch people to payment meters without their consent - what can we do to get her back on direct debit?

So wish I didn't have to give them 1 star scottish power are a complete joke no one there knows how to do there job so they pass you around I was on the phone for 4 hours just being passed around because they don't no how to do there job one adviser even said they only get basic training so don't no how to do her job they employ people that really don't have a clue how they are still in bissness is beyond me they also bully you to go over to prepayment meters I have never had to deal with an electic company like this I have anxiety and depression so it's making it a million times worse please people stay away from this company they are the biggest joke around
Scottish Power is worse than useless
Scottish Power is worse than useless. I have tried to contact them many times to find out when they will be paying the Alternative Fuel Payment of £200 as per the government energy payment scheme. I have been unable to speak to anyone after waiting on the phone for over 40 minutes at times and their online Chat is also useless...nobody connects with you. They could easily put the information I need on their website , but they don't, because I don't actually think they care. As I say a totally useless company and I will leave as soon as I am able to secure an alternative supplier that actuall has a good customer service dept.

Avoid. They are refusing to pay me the money they owe me for SEG program. Its been almost a year since I have given them opening export reading.

Very bad supplier
Very bad supplier, started to send me several text messages and letters out the blue saying I owe £800 customer advisors are rude expecting me to pay the full amount, didn't listen to my concerns,another advisor said I don't owe anything and then I started to recieve letters after a month saying I owe £340 now put me in stress, they never listened to fully understand the issue. I would never go back with SP

Customer service is absolutely zero, and useless!
Will be speaking to ofgem tomorrow and changing supplier.
No gas for 2 days because of a meter fault,- zero temperature and had to send my kids elsewhere, don't bother with this shower!!
Worst Energy Company, EVER !
Unfortunately Scottish Power are the worst company I have ever dealt with in the last 40 years. I could write a book on the problems I have had with them. Just read 'Scottish Power The Problem' on Facebook. For your own sanity please use other providers.
